Organizational culture is the collection of business practices, ethics, processes, and interactions that make up the work environment more favorable and productive. Due to the pivotal role organizational culture plays in the hotel business, managers and hotel owners invest heavily in human and material resources to bridge the communication gap. However, there are still inconsistencies and lacuna between the employer and employees in the hotel industry in Enugu Metropolis which do result in a hostile and unpleasant working environment leading to poor service delivery. This study examined the relationship that exists between organizational culture and hotels quality service delivery in Enugu Metropolis, Enugu State. The study adopted a descriptive survey research design and data were collected from respondents with the aid of a structured questionnaire. Collected data were analyzed using the arithmetic mean. Hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment correlation Coefficient via Statistical Packages for Social Science (SPSS 23). Findings showed that there is a significant relationship between organizational behavior and quality service delivery in hotels in Enugu Metropolis. The study concluded that organizational culture has a great impact on the quality of services hotels in Enugu Metropolis offers to the customer, and recommended that management of hotels in Enugu Metropolis should inculcate the organizational value and international best practices to the functionality of her staff as that will help sell out the organizational image to the satisfaction of their customers which is ultimate in the hotel business.

As a state of law as well as a democratic state, Indonesia guarantees and protects the right to freely express opinions and the right to organize in society. This in the end becomes the basis for every member of the community to be free to establish an Ormas. The freedom to establish these mass organizations in its development is not controlled due to the absence of real government control and supervision. This has resulted in many mass organizations being born into thugs and illegal organizations. This study aims to analyse the current system of supervision of mass organizations in Indonesia, the weaknesses in the current implementation of mass organizations, and the ideal reconstruction of a system of supervision of mass organizations capable of realizing a just law of mass organizations. The research in this dissertation uses the sociological juridical method. As for the results of the research conducted, it can be found that the current implementation of normative supervision has not been effective, as evidenced by the large number of problematic and prohibited mass organizations, weaknesses in the supervision of mass organizations in the community due to a legal vacuum in the regulation of supervision of mass organizations, so it is necessary to reconstruct values by conducting supervision and education. regarding the goals of mass organizations and the goals of the state and nation as well as legal reconstruction in the form of adding provisions for the supervision of mass organizations in the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 16 of 2017.

The article is devoted to the still unresearched problem of modern didactic theory (within the framework of professional, military and professional aviation pedagogy) - the system of ensuring the quality of ground training of future tactical aviation pilots in the institution of Higher Military Education (SVVO) of Ukraine. Since the current system of training cadetsmilitary pilots in the Russian military educational institution is essentially a post-Soviet pedagogical relic, which has its roots in the morally outdated Soviet method of flight training, a systematic search for the latest alternative seems relevant and timely. Comprehensive authors research of the last five years on the problem of professional training of future tactical aviation pilots, as well as personal experience and observations of the author, allow us to confidently state that the theory of this problem clearly requires a thorough revision and addition of the pedagogical component. The most significant gap, according to the author, is the lack of a complete modern pedagogical system for ensuring the quality of professional training of future military aviation specialists in terms of ground training. The latter plays no less important role in all training than direct flight training in the sky. At the same time, ignoring the didactic features and propeidic function of ground training in the SVVO often leads to insufficient technical, physical, psychological, and most importantly competent readiness of cadets for flight training. The author has developed his own pedagogical system for ensuring the quality of ground training for future tactical aviation pilots, which is currently being tested experimentally on the basis of the Ivan Kozhedub Kharkiv National Air Force University (Ukraine) and offers a structural and functional model of its implementation. The existing research studies have revealed that project-based learning (PjBL) has significantly helped foreign language learners enhance their cultural understanding as a result of completing their projects (e.g., Bouchouk, 2017; Hsu, 2014; Kim, 2019; Liu et al., 2006; Ngo, 2014). While these studies have congruently proved the utility of PjBL in enhancing students’ cultural awareness, none of them has measured the effect of PjBL together with a comparative and contrastive approach on students’ understanding of their home cultures. Hence, the purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of comparing students’ home cultures with the English cultures through PjBL on students’ understanding of their own cultures in terms of cultural products, cultural practices, and cultural perspectives. Two similar intact groups were randomly assigned to control and treatment groups. The two groups were pretested, administered two different treatments for 24 weeks, and post-tested to assess their differences. The independent sample t-tests results exhibited that the experimental group substantially deepened their understanding of their home cultures as a result of comparing them with the English cultures through PjBL. The study also revealed that while the control group significantly improved their cultural products, those in the experimental group greatly enhanced their knowledge of cultural practices and perspectives.

Context: Counterfeit medicine is a substance capable of curing a living, which is made fraudulently without responding to WHO standards. Today, the population Street increasingly to illicit markets to buy drugs at lower cost to the sellers. So, the sale of counterfeit medicines has first become the problem that tempts the media. Those drug supply have become not only a threat to the health of the population but also to the economy and security of many countries including in Niger. The street drug trade is a very growing activity in Niger. Antibiotic is a drug which treats infectious bacterial diseases. Associated with vaccination, it eliminates or greatly reduces the main epidemic diseases. Evidence: Surveys on the use of drugs and in particular antibiotics have been carried out. The people targeted are those of the Ministry of Public Health, health workers stationed in hospitals and referral health centers; pharmacists and drugstore vendors, street vendors. Results: The presentation of Ministry of Public Health in charge of health belonging to 4 greatest health centers were recorded as being used by the Nigerien population to have the most commonly antibiotics used by them. The ßeta-lactam family (Amoxicillin, Ampicillin and Cloxacillin) (60/100); the Fluoro-quinolones family (ciprofloxacin) (20/100); the imidazole family (Metronidazol) (20/100) were the most used species. Conclusion: The review on counterfeit drugs, the history of antibiotics and the presentation of the main health centers involved in Niger provided substantial details on the use of drugs to treat infectious diseases. These complete basic data could certainly encourage some researchers to undertake research on other molecules which could lead to the quality control of these drugs for the treatment of the diseases which concern them and to have notions on the functioning of the services concerned by approaching these latter.

Information technology-based money lending service is the implementation of financial services to bring lenders together with borrowers in order to make loan agreements to borrow money. Many people have complained about the dissemination of personal data by online loan providers without notice and without the owners permission. The purpose of this paper is to review the legal protection of customers personal data in technology-based money lending services. The motto used in this writing is a normative legal method with a statutory approach and a fact approach. The results of the study show that legal protections and sanctions for personal data breaches have been stipulated in Law No. 11 of 2008 and changes in information and electronic transactions, but specifically regarding legal protection and sanctions for personal data breaches in online loan services have been listed in the financial services authority regulation No. 77/POJK.01/2016. This study aims to provide a way out regarding legal protection for consumers who carry out fund-keeping activities in illegal cooperative legal entities. Seeing the development of the pattern of life in society, where the current economic sector is growing rapidly, in this case the investment or deposit of funds in a particular legal entity is in great demand by the public. This interest is then used by unscrupulous cooperative bodies in carrying out their illegal business activities. The state as a regulator and protector of the public interest needs to be present in regulating the procedures for storing funds and how to protect them for the community. This then becomes interesting for the author in conducting this research. Where the cooperative legal entity carries out business activities to raise funds in the community illegally and when carrying out its business activities the cooperative legal entity fails to pay, the big question is what form of legal protection is provided by the state to consumers who have already done fundraising on illegal cooperative legal entities the. The existence of the court as the last door for consumers that can then be given by the state as a form of legal protection that can be taken.

This paper aims to investigate the dualism of the regulation of credit insurance and suretyship. The scope of research is General Insurance Company and Guarantee Institution. Insurance business by general insurance companies in Indonesia is not only limited to business lines as regulated in Law Number 40 of 2014 concerning Insurance, but also carries out Credit Insurance and Suretyship businesses. On the other hand, there are Guarantee Institutions that carry out similar activities based on Law Number 1 of 2016 concerning Guarantees. The results of the study found that the dualism of the administration was detrimental to the Guarantor Institution. The method used is normative juridical with the data obtained in the form of regulations related to general insurance, guarantee institutions and financial services authorities. The conclusion is that the Financial Services Authority as the Non-Banking Business Regulator must be able to guarantee the implementation of Credit Insurance and Suretyship Businesses by General Insurance Companies based on Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 69 of 2016 concerning Business Operations of Insurance Companies, Sharia Insurance Companies, Reinsurance Companies, and Sharia Reinsurance Companies .

Politeness is a basic verbal strategy that is commonly used by call center agents in handling customers, specifically when they encounter frustrated and irate customers, when they can hardly fix the problems of customers, or when they make mistakes in grammar and pronunciation. The aim of this study was to examine politeness strategies and respect markers employed by call center agents when transacting business with American customers. Data were gathered from interviews with 30 call center agents, and interview data were analyzed using words, phrases, clauses, and sentences as the unit of analysis. The responses of call center agents were coded/categorized and analyzed. Results of the study have revealed that call center agents utilized polite speech act formulae, polite requests, apologies, and respect markers in the course of their transaction with the customers. Furthermore, analysis has shown that the use or choice of politeness strategies and respect markers has an impact on the interactions of call center agents with their customers and affects the customers impression about the company and the quality of service.

The COVID-19 pandemic has forced many educational institutes across the world to change dramatically. Teaching and learning have been undertaken remotely and on various digital platforms. In Malaysia, schools were closed for more than 6 months in the second quarter of 2020 and again experiencing school closure in May 2021. Education Ministry of Malaysia (MOE) strongly encouraged all government schools, especially the teachers and students, to use various online communications platforms to ensure the educational process remains uninterrupted. However, the COVID-19 pandemic has generated considerable challenges for the teaching and learning in government schools especially in secondary schools while using such emerging technologies. This research has two main goals. First, this journal will be analysing whether the online learning platforms used by secondary school teachers to conduct lessons during the COVID-19 period have presented any challenges to their student’s learning. Secondly, the paper will then go on to address proposed solutions by developing a conceptual model to reduce the impact of such challenges. An exploratory qualitative approach will be carried out in this research, supported by literature review techniques. The data set for this journal was collected between May to June 2021 during the third wave of pandemics in Malaysia. The data gathered by interviewing various secondary school teachers in Selangor. A total of 10 teachers participated in this interview process. Those teachers interviewed disclosed various obstacles they faced when they began to use information technology platforms for their online lessons, especially the new technological platforms. These obstacles include (a) overloaded work and information. (b) unfamiliarity and inability to learn of the new online learning platform, and (c) personal health challenges related to stress and anxiety.

Authors of this article aimed to research an understanding importance of interculturalism within learning process and beliefs related to intercultural education together with the level of intercultural education implementation in the learning process. Research has been conducted on the pattern of 163 teachers and librarians who participated in the interactive workshop “Enhancing capacities of teachers/trainers for promotion of cultural diversity, intercultural dialogue and tolerance through media and information literacy”. This article represents concrete organized effort and an attempt for promoting importance related to development of an adequate intercultural competencies of teachers and librarians that are directly involved in the learning and educational process.

Human capital investment has been identified as the increase in the potential of an individual through education, knowledge, skills and health acquired overtime which enhances his ability to be more productive in the society. It is believed that the more productive a people are, the more developed the economy, having been impacted by the increased productivity of the workforce. As its main objective, this paper examined the relationship between human capital investment and economic growth with Nigeria in focus and between the period 1989 – 2019. The paper used secondary sources of information for the study. Data obtained within the scope of the study and the variables were within the period of investigation. It adopted the unit root, the dynamic ordinary least squares, as well as the Error Correction Model (ECM) to test the short and long run relationship of the variables selected for the study. Between human capital investment and economic growth in Nigeria, the results showed a strong relationship. Based on the result, the study recommended that government prioritize education and health to assure the socio-economic well being of the people. As a corollary to the above, government at all tiers should increase annual budgetary allocation to these sectors. Government should also intensify efforts in economic and social orientation to mobilize and inculcate sanitary and health culture in the people.

Audiences can perform through the knowledge production, thinking, disseminating knowledge and tolerating criticism. As the results and findings of this study showed, one of the main features of using social networks in teaching and learning is the emphasis on participatory and interactive learning, individual communication and classroom interaction, and the possibility of discussion with all classmates, the possibility of understanding. And provides acceptance of the opinion of others and the formation of knowledge based on social agreements. Also, using this tool solves the problem of lack of time and lack of facilities and it can be claimed that by using this method, it is possible to increase productivity in the field of education and learning.

This paper principally seeks to examine the genesis and development of MOOCs. Recent research and ICT development efforts have strived to engineer technologies that aim at effectively facilitating and improving the quality of learning anywhere and anytie independently in a stress-free environment. It must be noted that research in open learning environments is still making baby steps and researchers have solely made preliminary initiatives to fathom out the nature and incessant chaniging dynamics of Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) as a topic of investigation. This interest is fuled by the fact that learning has nearly completely become digital worldwide as it were, and thereforeperpetual research efforts to understand the underlying principles of MOOCs is a genuine necessity. More importantly, it has been proven in research that when computer science and education are mixed together, they seem to yield impeccable learning results. Given this, we will both chart a roadmap for the creation of a MOOC and incrementally work towards its implementation.

This study uses a scientific approach with qualitative descriptive methods and uses implementation tehory by George C. Edward. The results of this study a policy review of South Koreas Submarine purchase policy . The conclusion of this study are constraints and challenges faced in improving submarines, particularly related to the ability of PT. PAL Indonesia is still limited in the manufacture of the DSME 209/1400 submarine.

The study on Green City Development in Bangladesh: Way Forward provides details about formulating sustainable policy on green city development in Bangladesh. Developing a sustainable approach depends on identifying city development actors, their collective actions and finding gaps from reviewing and analyzing existing policies and strategies. The key objective of this research is to get away to make justifiable policies to ensure green city development. Theoretically, to develop the research framework of this study, the Policy Network Approaches of public policy have been used. The study outcomes demonstrate that the variables of the framework could formulate policy in the field of green development to give validity to the hypothesis. For this research, a structured questionnaire method has been used to gather data from 210 study participants of two major cities (Dhaka and Khulna) in Bangladesh. To analyze data, Excel and SPSS were used as statistical tools. The result of this study showed by identifying city development actors. Through better relationships, better coordination, and information sharing, the actors can collectively overcome existing practices to formulate policy to ensure green city development in Bangladesh. Therefore, this research will help prepare a better approach to ensure green city development in Bangladesh.

The relationship of Muhammadiyah and radicalism has been both exaggerated or denied by a number of observers and Muhammadiyah’s inner circles respectively. In the lights of these two opposing views, this research seeks to investigate connections, possible links, and types of relationships between Muhammadiyah and radicalism among the youth in Indonesia. It assesses and compares Muhammadiyah’s religious doctrines with those of radical Islam’s. The paper confirms certain intersections between Muhammadiyah and radical Islam doctrines. Based on the case of radical Islamic movements in Lamongan, East Java, this research finds that the radical doctrinal intersections do not automatically transform into radicalism in Muhammadiyah milieu, but they developed and advanced outside Muhammadiyah. This relationship is reffered to as “elementary relationship”. When the radical potential developed, those radicalised activists subsequently separated from Muhammadiyah and left for a more radical Islamic groups. This stage is called “separation”. However, when those activists have fully transformed into radicals, some of them returned to Muhammadiyah, not to rejoin the organization, but to correct Muhammadiyah’s religious doctrine that they percive as false, and at the same time persuade Muhammadiyah’s youth to join radical Islamic fronts. This type of relationship is termed as “return-for salvation”. Furthermore, this paper also reveals that Muhammadiyah youth, especially those who are involving in Muhammadiyah autonomous organizations do not show radical tendency, although some of them are sympathetic to radical Islam agendas.

The issue of managing the university training process according to the quality assurance approach is important not only for medical universities in Ho Chi Minh city but also with medical universities and higher education in general. That management process must be derived from the theoretical foundations of educational management, school management, higher education management the foundations of psychology, education and related sciences; complying with the general regulations of the education and training sector, of the Ministry of Health, based on the specific conditions of the medical universities in the area. Bearing this in mind, the study investigated the characteristics of postgraduate medical training activities and the status of postgraduate training management. A survey of 103 administrators, lecturers, technicians, who are currently working and teaching at Medical University was conducted. All responses were analyzed through descriptive statistics. The results showed that the characteristics of evaluating the postgraduate training activities at Medical University in Ho Chi Minh city were greatly comprehensive and the current situations of quality assurance management at Medical University in Ho Chi Minh City were evaluated as satisfactory. Based on the results, the study suggests some recommendations for improving the quality assurance management for postgraduate training at Medical Universities in Ho Chi Minh city.

Pandemic becomes one of the problems of the world until the moment of this. In the aspect of education, the pandemic has changed the education system into online learning. We examine how the phenomenon of academic procrastination in online learning is due to previous research saying that the ineffectiveness of online learning causes students to do academic procrastination. A total of 305 students of the faculty of teacher training and science education fill out questionnaires online regarding the phenomenon of academic procrastination. The result of this research is that there are low and high comparisons on academic procrastination. The implications and discussion we discuss in depth.

The present study is an investiagtion of distance teaching as an alternative to in-person classes during a lockdown. The study aims at unveiling the teachers and students’ perceptions and attitudes towards e-teaching/learning during a pandemic crisis. As an alternative to face -to face interviews with the teachers and the students because of the sanitary conditions, the tools have been adapted to existing conditions. To obtain data, two tools have been used online, a semi- structured interview with (n 51) master students and a lickert scale questionnaire for (n 18) teachers in the department of English in the university Abdelhamid Ibn Badis in Algeria.Findings revealed the reluctance in the exclusive use of distance teaching by the majority of teachers and the students. The great majority of them also prefers in person classes.This is justified by technical difficulties, lack of comprehension, poor internet flow and a lack of training.

This paper aims to present in brief the main researches about the prediction of social behavior through values and social axioms, to suggest their utilization in the field of philosophy and sociology of education and also to highlight the significant contribution of the educator in the moral edification of a person. Initially, it is being held a brief reference to Schwartzs theory of values and social axioms in order to show the important role they play in social behavior. Then, Schwartzs study of intercultural values as well as their outcomes is outlined in detail. The ensuing report refers to researches which took place both intercultural and in Greece about social axioms and dimensions that have been found. It is being accomplished an approach about researches that have been made intercultural and aimed at predicting the social behavior with the help of values and social axioms. In parallel, there is a brief survey of Michael Hands theory about moral education and its criticism. By the literature review is being proved that there is a semantic correlation between values and social axioms, but there isnt a significant combination of social behavior. From their roots, both values and social axioms seem to affect social behavior.

This policy is a technique of developing an armed force to protect the country, closely merging "army" with "agricultural," economics with defense, constructing and defending the country, assuring national defense strength, and the capacity to rapidly transition from peacetime to warfare to combat foreign invaders. Based on the analysis of historic records on the policy of "Ngu binh u nong," this research examined the features of the organizational art and building up of our forefathers armed forces throughout our countrys history. This is a prominent feature in the creative organization and building of our forefathers military forces in the growth history of the Vietnamese country. This study also demonstrates the transmission of fundamental values in military art from past generations,and certain experiences in armed force development are obtained as a result of these research findings. It is now referred to as a "whole-population armed army."

The art of learning, unlearning and relearning is the need of the hour, and these are indispensable in any field for professional growth. Especially in the educational sector, change leads to development initiatives and raising standards in teaching and learning. Interestingly, the existing opportunities provide more options for Continuing Professional Development (CPD) activities and programmes for teachers and professors. The present study analyses teachers and professors’ responses to CPD activities and offers a wide range of information and opinions on CPD programmes and activities. A phenomenological approach was employed to study 257 participants’ perspectives from 48 countries through a questionnaire. This research will also be a resource for teachers and professors seeking professional development in the field. The responses revealed that teachers and professors were eager to take responsibility for participating in CPD activities with mutual support and guidance from the management. The institutions are responsible for ensuring faculty opportunities, particularly for young teachers in their early stages of teaching, and they must be assisted in acquiring the necessary knowledge and exposure. This research paper presents the state of CPD activities, programmes, challenges and awareness across the world.

This was a descriptive research. The sample was taken by using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected by using valid and reliable scientific literacy questions and were supported by interviews. The data were analyzed by calculating the average value of the scientific literacy test results. The validity of the data used triangulation technique. The results showed that the scientific literacy results of the students grade VII based on the total score, aspects of science competence, science knowledge and science context showed that the students grade VII of SMPN 7 Pariaman got the highest average score, followed by the students grade VII of SMPN 2 Pariaman and SMPN 6 Pariaman with low category.

Scientific research is one of the important tasks of students at university. Encouraging students to participate in scientific research contributes greatly to improving the quality of training and student output. This study investigates psychological barriers to participating in scientific research activities of students in terms of awareness, interest and scientific research skills. The study was carried out on a sample of 206 third-year students at a number of universities in Ho Chi Minh City. Research results showed that 17.5% of students have low barriers, 68.4% have medium barriers and 14.1% have high barriers. The barriers of interest and skills are more than awareness ones, these three aspects are positively correlated. There is no statistical difference between male, female and between majors in the level of psychological barriers to participate in scientific research. In order to promote students to participate in scientific research activities, schools, lecturers and school organizations need to pay attention and have appropriate solutions to help them remove psychological barriers.

Developments in the era of globalization cover various aspects of human life, ranging from economic aspects to legal aspects. Harmonization between countries is formed as a result of the process, including harmonization of laws. In the realm of environmental law, harmonization of national environmental law with international environmental law is carried out to achieve the shared dreams and goals of the world community in carrying out sustainable development that ensures environmental sustainability, so that it can be passed on to future generations. This study uses normative juridical research that examines the relevant laws and regulations. This research will examine how the implications of globalization on Indonesian law, how the development of international environmental law and how the development of national environmental law. From the results of research, internationally, changes in international environmental law were marked by the 1972 Schockholm conference which introduced new aspects of international environmental law, and continued to grow to recognize animal rights in environmental law. Indonesia itself actually has an environmental concept in the 1945 Constitution, so that as a source of all laws and regulations in Indonesia, Indonesian legislation should reflect this concept, but with the enactment of Law number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation (UU Cipta Kerja) and its amendments to previous regulations indicate a setback in the field of environmental law in Indonesia.

The central concern of this paper is to investigate students’ perceptions about the Research Methods Course taught in English at the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies, Tangier (FSTT). The study results reveal that students find research methods extremely valuable as there has been a genuine attempt to seriously participate in mini collective research projects under constant supervision by their mentor. Students expressed a predisposition toward research. This is merely indicative of their prior mindfulness of the paramount importance of research not only in their academic trajectory, but also in their professional endeavors. Students’ familiarity with and exposure to research terminologies, such as research proposal, literature review, citing and referencing, research designs, data collection methods, data analysis and discussion, and many more has been fundamentally crucial to preparing them to take part in research activities and practices. The researcher utilizes both quantitative and qualitative research analyses by dint of an online questionnaire and focus group sessions in order to be at a better position to investigate the issue at hand, and simultaneously create an opportunity of growth. Furthermore, it is conspicuous that the findings of the current study indicate more useful implications pertinent to students’ engagement, participation and commitment in the Research Methods Course.

In order to deepen Chinas foreign exchanges and meet market needs, training translators requires closer integration of translation theory and translation practice, and emphasis on the cultivation of applied translators. Relying on the rise of China’s “Internet + Education” new business mode and the support of the “mass entrepreneurship and innovation” national policy, this research plans to build a translation practice cloud platform focusing on serving MTI students’ translation practices to help students integrate with the industry as soon as possible, and improve the quality of MTI training.

“The Supreme Court is final not because it is infallible; but it is infallible because it is final” – this status quo of the Supreme Court of Nigeria and its application in various electoral cases, especially in the just concluded 2019 general elections in Nigeria has aroused mixed feelings and raised questions on the credibility of the Nigerian Judiciary and its capability of enshrining sustainable democracy in Nigeria. Meanwhile, according to the report of the Kayode Eso Panel on Reform of the Judiciary, the mindset of an average Nigerian is that “the Nigerian Judiciary hardly redeems itself from the unfortunate image it acquired during the military interregnum when it was described as a judiciary in patent chaos, riddled with corrupt Judges and in need of urgent and radical reform”. This study which sought to explore the infallibility of the Supreme Court and sustainable democracy in Nigeria; the effect of the infallibility of the Supreme Court verdicts on sustainable democracy in Nigeria; and the effects of bribery and corruption of the Supreme Court Justices on sustainable democracy in Nigeria, is an exploratory research which employed qualitative method of research and adopted the Transitional Jurisprudence Model as propounded by Ruti Teitel (2015) to analyze these. The study found that the bribery and corruption of the Supreme Court Justices has significant effect on sustainable democracy in Nigeria; and that the infallibility of the Supreme Court verdicts have significant effect on sustainable democracy in Nigeria. The study recommends among others that there is need for the independence and accountability of the Judiciary with the other arms of the government in Nigeria.

This article attempts to highlight the existence of mental disorders resulting from narcissistic relationships as reflected in the system of communal education that was practiced in Israeli kibbutzim until the 1980s. The narcissistic disorder is characterized by an emotional short-sightedness, a false self, developed as a defence against feelings of worthlessness, and unique behavioural patterns in interaction with others. Narcissists demand much attention, recognition and closeness on the part of their children and spouses, while they themselves lack empathy and find it difficult to respond to subjectivity in others. The spotlight is shone on victims who are affected by narcissistic parents, as well as similar cases of children raised in the system of communal education on kibbutzim. A parallel is drawn between the narcissistic adult and the communal education system which, in adherence to an ideology, fails to see the differential needs of each child and satisfy them. Such children suffer from emotional disorders as a result of the demand made of them to conform to a specific educational model that was in keeping with the times. Three areas are cited in which children brought up in the system experienced deprivation: nights spent with no adult in attendance; conformity in dress and attitude to religion and tradition; and suppression of personal talents and aptitudes. Recommendations are made for treating victims of narcissistic parents and children reared in the system of communal education.

The development of integrated thematic learning media is still not much in elementary school. This condition is not in line with the 2013 KTSP approach in Indonesia. For this reason, it is necessary to develop a proper learning media for integrated thematic learning class V elementary school students. Aquaponic is one of the innovative media that is suitable for use in learning. This media can integrate several charge lessons to achieve core competencies in the current Grade V curriculum. The development model used is the Borg and Gall model. The trial steps of this media were carried out to 11 Grade V students of SDN Warungdowo I District Pohjentrek. There are two types of data obtained, namely qualitative data and quantitative data. Quantitative data is obtained from the Post Test value and the questionnaire deployment to the Grade V Students. Qualitative data were obtained from Teachers interviews and suggestions, criticism, and responses from the validators. The validation carried out by the Material and Media experts was declared feasible. The validation score is 95% by a material expert, 98% by media expert, 100% by the colleagues teachers, and 98% by the elementary education expert. It means that the feasibility level is excellent. The results showed that aquaponic props is perfectly suitable for the learning media of the respected school. This research is also supported by the existence of quantitative data from student learning outcomes after using the aquaponic props in learning shows the results of 100% of students can achieve basic competencies that exist in the linked lessons in integrated thematic learning. The use of appropriate learning media in Pancasila and civics education subjects will convey various concepts and facts so that students can use and remember longer the teachers material. This research aims to develop instructional video media to assist students in learning Pancasila and civic education subjects. This research is development research that adopts the development stages of ADDIE. The results showed that the learning videos developed were easy for students to use and had a very high level of attractiveness, and could improve student learning outcomes.

The article considers aspects for formation, education, cultivation and fostering multiculturalism as opposed to polyculturalism in national and international classrooms, as well as in intercultural communication. The development of polycultural and multicultural aspects in the educational and life settings provides access to the study of language units, including the most presentable part of the universal cultural fund - the phraseological composition of national languages. Under the new approaches, both the areas seek to reveal the similarities and differences in the ways of how the language of culture gets absorbed into a language. The paper describes the main theoretical approaches to understanding the importance of multiculturalism in the light of intercultural communication and identifies cultural layers in the formation of mindsets (mentality) of the peoples globally and relevant linguistic representations (pictures) of the world by means of phraseology (idiomacy). The research findings underline the importance of phraseology (idiomacy) as an expression of national culture to present the translation aspect of the processes of poly- and/or multicultural communication in international classrooms. The languages used for the purposes of the study are Ukrainian, Russian, English, German, and French. A good number of dictionaries used allowed for samplings of populations as the research methodology. Given many aspects of analysis connected with formation of multiculturalism as opposed to polyculturalism, it is found that multicultural orientation in mastering phraseology aims mainly at diachronic and synchronous planes to identify cultural layers in the formation of linguistic (phraseological) representations / picture of the world. In the process of forming multiculturalism, such a phraseological layer as non-equivalent phraseology needs special attention. One of the most effective ways to master this type of phraseological units is the method of comparison, widely used for semantic analysis of phraseology, which is carried out by comparing its meaning with the lexical meaning of words of homonymous free combination. The effectiveness of semantization of phraseology unknown or incomprehensible to communicators is achieved by using similes and the method of comparison.

Political ideology has played a significant role in shaping humans and their interactions with other humans since the emergence of modern political systems around the world, however, it may not have been as ubiquitous as it is in today’s day and age. These days, political ideology may affect people’s everyday choices, even what kind of people they want in their social circle. In college spaces where people engage in political discourse actively; it may impact the already existing bond among peers or lead to a dissociative behaviour. It may also have no impact at all. In this research we try to study the extent to which someone’s political ideology governs their choice of selecting or dissociating from certain social circles based on similarities or differences of political opinion. The existing literature is mostly centered on people being divided into political cleavages for elections or how family and friends play a role in shaping one’s ideology. In this research we try to study how political ideology is always at work and how it can impact the way the youth bond with their peers.

In this juncture, advertisement comes with logics and illogicality just to grab attention of the consumers. Almost, in all field female models are being used for advertising to set a strong image in the market amidst the huge competition among the products. This paper comprises of three feminine advertisements under the category soft drink beverage, washing detergent and chocolate respectively. Women are mostly chosen by advertising agency to convey strong message or seek attraction from the consumers. This article unfolds the logics and illogicality on gender advertising particularly feminism and advertising together.

They had played a vital role, connecting the characters in a play and the audience with the play. Though they were portrayed differently in different traditions around the world, their sole purpose was to break the fourth wall in the theatre. Are they ‘witty fools or foolish wits’? is the question debated in the paper. Whatever they are called, they were inevitable as the purpose is to bring entertainment combined with wisdom. Knowledge and humour were their strong power they inherited which was making them special, hence some cultures worshiped them and feared too. Right from ancient period until now histories mark them as intelligent beings in courts and theatrical plays. Were they interpreted rightly or understood correctly? becomes a question unanswered. Their presence in the courts was a boon for some kings keeping them sane at certain situations, relieving their stress. The exploration here is were they doing the same in these plays or much more. Are the fools or jokers seen in the plays necessary? , comic relief they provide is a must or can be ignored to save time are the explorations made in this paper. The research aims to determine the optimal order quantities of raw materials using Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), the total cost of raw material inventory, reorder point, order frequency, and application of the EOQ method on the CV. XYZ Kupang in an effort to optimize inventory costs. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and secondary data both qualitatively and quantitatively related to raw material supply. Primary data were obtained through direct observation and interviews with various key respondents at CV. XYZ Kupang. Secondary data were obtained from the documents and reports from Management Company. The results of this study indicate that the optimal quantity of raw material orders at CV. XYZKupang is 63.80 m3 in 2017, 63.04 m3 in 2018, and 72.80 m3 in 2019. The total cost of the company’s raw material supply that issued if EOQ policy appliedRp. 32.267.554 in the year 2017, Rp. 24.507.185 in the year 2018, and Rp. 28.020.251 in the year 2019.CV. XYZ Kupang must perform an order back in the level of inventories of 16.74 m3 in 2017, at 10.08 m3 in 2018, and 9.82 m3 in 2019.6.90 m3 in 2017, 6.20 m3 in 2017, and 5.75 m3 in 2019. CV. XYZ Kupang had to order as many as 9 times in the year 2017, 8 times in the year 2017, and 8 times in the year 2019. Thus the number of all bookings in the year 2017 of 7.09 m3, by the year 2018 of 7.88 m3 and in the year 2019 of 9.1 m3.CV. XYZ Kupang can optimize the cost of supplies, neither order of the cost of storage. If EOQ method applied, there is a saving from the total cost of the inventory in the year 2017 is Rp. 72.523.229, by the year 2018 is Rp. 68.476.912, and in 2019 is Rp. 76.468.558.

Women empowerment and gender equality are the most popular topics of the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Agenda. Under the concept of traditional culture, Asian women have experienced certain pressure of marriage from their families and the general public. At the same time, intimate partner violence against women has become a significant problem and a common phenomenon in many Asian countries. According to international human rights law, women have the right to enjoy their basic rights to marriage and childbearing. However, due to social pressure, womens rights have faced more challenges. Asian feminists have begun to realize the importance of encouraging women to use legal solutions to protect their rights. Then several Asian Non-governmental organizations (NGOs) have also continued to take more actions to promote anti-violence against women. This article is mainly based on two case studies in China and Southeast Asia to discuss the importance of strengthening the legal protection network of Asian womens rights and encouraging NGOs to participate in the implementation and formulation of laws for women s protection.

Higher Education, no doubt, has been universally acclaimed as the bedrock for national development and effective Leadership as the drivers of academic excellence in the Institutions of higher learning in Nigeria. Qualitative teaching and learning remains the engine room that derives good governance and propels leadership positions. Leadership, however, cannot exist without Readership. The two are relatively interwoven. Leadership and readership has over the years become critical issues in organizational theory and practice. Thus, leadership and readership need to be taken up as a cause to be promoted in pursuit of academic excellence in the Institutions of higher learning in Nigeria. Reading is a great investment in one’s personal development and, by extension, in achieving desired academic excellence. In this research, concrete effort is made to clarify the key concept of Leadership and Readership as drivers of academic excellence in the Institutions of higher learning in Nigeria, especially in the Polytechnic System. The research equally investigates both internal and external factors militating against academic excellence in Nigeria citadel of learning and finally makes recommendations, among which is training and retraining of employees, discouragements of unnecessary political interferences in appointments into academic leadership positions, Staff recruitments, admission of undergraduate students and effective monitoring policy of civil service rules.

The common approach to the negotiation process focuses on the external manifestation of the interaction between two parties who are trying to reach a satisfactory agreement. This view does not take into account the internal drivers of behavior of the involved parties. The externalized dynamic between the negotiators is only the secondary result of the interplay between the conscious and unconscious elements in the psyche of both parties. The condition of a long-lasting agreement is therefore a collaboration between the conscious and unconscious representation on the individual level. This article examines the transcendent function as a union between the conscious and the unconscious, specifically the ego and the self. It focuses on the tendencies of these two factors that can either hinder or make the transition of energy possible in view of reaching a successful manifested agreement. The study provides a straightforward reference that can be used by analysts and business professionals to help them understand what are the psychological aspects that affect the negotiation process, both on the individual and on the collective level.

Thooppukaari is a Tamil novel by Malarvathi the young woman writer who bagged the Sahitya Akademi’s Yuva Puraskar Award in 2013. Mary Flora, whose pen name is Malarvathi, is a young budding writer, who hails from Vellicode of Kanniyakumari district, Tamil Nadu. It is the simple and plain style of the language used with the mishmash of the colloquial dialect of Vilanvancode taluk of Kanniyakumari district, Tamil Nadu that won her the Sahitya Akademi Yuva Puraskar National Award. The tactics that Malarvathi employs through the dialectal words is a sincere revelation of her feelings. An important achievement of Tang Dynasty poetry was the birth of the theory of "Yijing". The theory of "Yijing" was an important category in Chinese classical aesthetics. During the Wei and Jin Dynasties, the theory of "imagery" had been put forward. However, aestheticians in the Tang Dynasty did not stop at "imagery". In terms of one category, it is possible to elevate "imagery" to a new category of "yijing" through the enlightenment of Chan thought, which further promoted the development of poetry after the Tang Dynasty.
